If your order needs to ship prior to the stated processing time it is considered a rush order and will require a rush fee. Rush orders require a minimum fee of $15 rush plus you will need to upgrade to USPS Priority mail. RTS items usually ship within 3 business days, unless I'm out of town, then it will ship when I return. Thank you!!

If you would like insurance, please contact me prior to placing your order so I can set a listing up with the cost for insurance. Please note, once a package is mailed it is out of my hands. If it is lost and you didn't insure it I am not responsible for replacing it. Please insure your package if you would like it replaced if it is lost or damaged in the mail. Thank you!!

Most of my products are made to order. If the listing does not say ready to ship, it is made to order. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact me before placing your order so I can verify it will be shipped in time to reach you by the date you need it. Thanks!!

Returns are only accepted if there is a defect in the product. Remember to measure your child and if measurements are not included in the listing pleasel ask. I will, however, accept exchanges if the size you ordered does not fit, but you must contact me within 48 hour of receiving your order or an exchange will not be made.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. When your order ships you will receive notification from Paypal or Etsy with a tracking number. Please check this tracking number before contacting me.
